We are looking for technical scientists to establish a related molecular discovery platform based on mRNA display technology, promote its implementation, provide technical support, and solve technical problems encountered in research projects.
Candidates should have rich research experience in the field of in vitro display technology and high-throughput sequencing technology.
Responsibilities
Identify recent developments in mRNA display technology and introduce them into our research platform.
Promote technological innovation and establish a new biotechnology platform based on mRNA display technology with potential biomedical application value.
Cooperate with the research team to support better adaptation to the comprehensive application of multiple biotechnologies and mRNA display technologies.
Independent application of technical knowledge to promote the development and implementation of new unique concepts, technologies and standards.
Qualifications
PhD in biochemistry, biophysics, structural biology or related discipline with postdoctoral training and relevant professional experience (preferred).
A minimum of 3 years of work experience in relevant biotech companies or research institutions.
Proficient in research related to mRNA display technology.
Proven ability in project design and management, and capable of leading an R&D team independently.
Proficient in protein interaction research, conformation analysis and design, high-throughput sequencing technology and drug development, etc.
Ability to multitask and contribute in a challenging intellectual environment.
Excellent problem solving, oral and written communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
