We are looking for a sales manager who can actively facilitate the sale of multiple services based on molecular discovery platforms related to mRNA display technology.
We mainly use mRNA display technology to develop discovery platforms such as antibodies, peptides and proteins, and our services are also developed around these platforms, mainly including various library construction, target and functional property screening, small molecule modification and other services in the field of disease diagnosis and treatment ; and the development of some non-natural proteins, peptides and other potential drug lead compounds and related kits and microarrays for rapid diagnosis and treatment.
Candidates with no work experience are welcomed.
Responsibilities
Drive the sales of mRNA display technology related services and the completion of projects.
Measure the productivity of sales personnel to ensure the effective implementation of the established strategy.
Identify, nurture and respond to opportunities for new and existing customers through outbound and inbound inquiries.
Eliminate and eliminate problems that hinder sales operation plan and project implementation plan.
Effectively coordinate sales operation activities with other functional departments, including service, consulting and market analysis, as required.
Cross functional collaboration to properly utilize internal resources.
Operate effectively in a multitasking, dynamic environment while maintaining a focused and customer-centric attitude.
Qualifications
PhD in biochemistry, biophysics, structural biology or related discipline with postdoctoral training and relevant professional experience (preferred).
Knowledgeable in biochemistry, molecular biology and mRNA display or other display technologies. Experience in ribosomal display, bacteriophage display or in vitro high-throughput screening is preferred.
With great potential for success in the sales of mRNA display services and promotion of project completion.
