We are looking for research scientists with expertise in mRNA display technology research, especially in related fields such as discovery of leader peptide ligands using mRNA display technology.
Candidates with complete research experience in relevant projects are preferred.
Candidates should have rich working experience in relevant drug research and development enterprises/research institutions of related technologies.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the research team to formulate the experimental plan for the customer's research project, design and implement the research plan.
Design, validate and execute mRNA-Display selections with follow-up NGS QC and analysis.
Timely grasp the latest progress of mRNA display technology in the field of discovery of related functional molecules, and explore possible development projects.
Identify opportunities for innovation (platform and workflow improvements e.g., using automation)
Supervise, mentor and cross-train other scientists within the research group.
Effectively eliminate and solve problems that hinder the successful development of research projects.
Qualifications
PhD in biochemistry, biophysics, structural biology or related discipline with postdoctoral training and relevant professional experience (preferred).
A minimum of 2 year of working experience in related peptide or protein drug research and development companies or in vitro display technology research institutions.
Proficient in mRNA display technology or other in vitro display technology research.
Proven ability in project design and management, and capable of leading an R&D team independently.
Excellent problem solving, oral and written communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to influence, communicate and collaborate across a global organization.
Ability to think strategically and deliver results.
